The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity for someone who has proven customer service experience to join a growing company based in Cardiff. They are offering a salary of up to £17,000 and you will be managing guest check in’s, customer care and apartment inspections. If this is the sort of opportunity you are looking for then please get in touch straight away as the client is looking to fill the position immediately.

The Role

  • Manage the provision of guest services
  • Make sure all check in preparation is adhered to and check in guests to the properties
  • Ensure apartment inventory is carried out
  • Conduct routine apartment inspections to make sure it is up to guest standards
  • Manage guest complaints
  • Support Guest Services Manager

Skills / Experience

  • Passionate about customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload
  • Have full access to a vehicle
