First 2 Recruit is working on behalf of our client in Salisbury who are looking to expand their team with experienced Production staff.
This is a full time, permanent role working 6 am - 6pm either 4 or 5 days per week, depending on worker preference. The hourly rate is £7.50 but will increase upon completion of probationary period.
Duties of the role;
- Picking and packing product
- Must have the ability to pack at or above the speed of the production line
- Participate in training and development needs of the line team
- Assist in controlling line resources including all materials and labour within budget
- Working as part of a team to ensure all targets and timings are met.
- Exposure to a continuous process FMCG environment
- Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of manufacturing process.
