While some experience of hospitality would be an advantage it certainly is not essential. What is more important is that you share in our purpose of helping our guests feel brilliant through a great night's sleep. We will welcome you with a full, structured induction and all the support you need to make a brilliant beginning to your Premier Inn Career Journey. Joining a friendly team you will always put the guest at the heart of what you do, gaining valuable skills along the way with full & ongoing training. Your Line Manager will also help to guide your development, building on your strengths and helping to realise your potential – there's lots of scope to progress as Premier Inn continues to grow. Along the way, we'll even support you in gaining industry qualifications or completing an apprenticeship.
