Our social workers have told us they work with some great people and together they make a difference to the children and young people of Norfolk.
Through Vital Signs, our vision for Children in Norfolk, we use Signs of Safety practice to work with whole family networks and across the whole system to support families to build on their strengths and to achieve the best possible outcomes
We have established a highly ambitious and successful transformation and improvement programme and already have lots to be proud of; our new ‘front door’ model has been glowingly endorsed as ‘transformed’ by Ofsted, our new edge of care services are reducing the need for children to be looked after and we have secured a multi-million pound investment in our core social care service model.
You should love the place you work and Norfolk is a fantastic place to live and work.
We are also close to the city of Norwich which offers everything you could possibly need: restaurants, shops, cinemas and an array of sporting activities. It’s a vibrant city and well linked by train to London, Cambridge and the Midlands. You are only 30 minutes away from the beautiful Norfolk coast and surrounded by beautiful rural towns and villages.
We’re looking for a Team Manager, or an experienced Social Worker ready to take the next step in their career, to lead our Family Assessment and Safeguarding Team
If you’re a dedicated social work professional and like the sound of working in Norfolk, we would love to hear from you.
