Leading Lives provides a range of social care and support across Suffolk to adults with learning disabilities. Our aim is to enable vulnerable people to live full, active lives in their own communities and supporting them to lead the life they choose.

Leading Lives is a non- for profit social enterprise which reinvests profits back into the business and the local community. We are also an employee owned cooperative which means our employees are involved in the running of the organisation. It reflects the value we place on our staff and the unique relationship between our staff and our customers.

We are looking for flexible individuals who will participate as members of the Leading Lives team, working alongside fellow Team Managers and the Operations Manager managing and transforming services delivering quality care to our customers.

You will need to advocate a person-centred approach, following principles of dignity and respect at all times.

Responsibilities include:

•Day to day management of the service

•Transforming and redeveloping existing provision

•Supervising, managing and developing staff

•Meeting company and CQC reporting requirements

•Role model good practice and be dedicated to growing and developing demanding services.

•Communicate effectively.

•Build relationships and liaise with partner organisations to ensure customers and their families are involved in this process.
