Team Manager

Our Broking client is looking for a talented individual to be responsible for leading the Client Service team and for managing and monitoring service levels to support their key Corporate clients.

As Team Manager some of your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Ensuring the delivery of a high quality, innovative client service
  • Liaise effectively with Offshore, Client Teams and the Broking team to ensure client needs are met
  • Allocate and manage the resource effectively to ensure service standards are maintained
  • Ensure the team are transacting business in a compliant way, with operational processes maintained
  • Coaching, development and performance management of the team, ensuring completed objectives with supporting personal development plans in place
  • Develop and support team members in the achievement of their objectives
  • Lead operational improvement initiatives and proactively encourage change

As Team Manager you will demonstrate:

  • Effective people leadership, providing guidance support to staff with the ability to address and resolve performance issues
  • Strong technical Commercial Insurance knowledge
  • Good influencing, listening and communication skills
  • Adaptability and driven to achieve results
