Team Manager, Lettings
Based at Stratford, E15 1BJ
Salary £25,000 basic - £49,000pa OTE depending on experience plus £1,300pa Essential Car User Allowance*
*ECU Allowance is paid in accordance with requirements of the relevant policy as updated from time to time.
My Client is in the process of creating a Market Rent portfolio of over 5,000 new build homes in the next 3 years, expanding greatly to become one of the largest rental portfolios in the capital. We are a New Build Lettings Specialist and all of the homes they market for rent are owned by this associaton.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, they are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Team Manager who is able to lead the PRS Lettings team to provide excellent customer service and achieve challenging targets. You will have worked in the PRS or Lettings sector and have the relevant experience, most of all you will be motivated to improve the service for our customers.
You will be responsible for a sizeable lettings pipeline, both new build and re-let. Your task is to ensuring that the PRS Lettings team perform to the required standard by achieving demanding lettings targets alongside providing excellent customer service.
Specifically they are looking for people with a strong track record of managing people, budgets, lettings and service delivery. You will have excellent communication skills and leadership skills and will be responsible for working with the Operations Manager in the lettings of new and existing stock to achieve the ambitious expansion of the portfolio.
