Team Manager for family support Team

Medicare First is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work full time working within the family support team in North-East London. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in the family support team and be registered with the HCPC.

The pay rate for this Team Manager job is up to £38 per hour and is an initial 3 month contract.

Team Manager duties include:
*To be responsible for the day to day management and supervision of team members.
*To manage, monitor and ensure high professional standards of practice and performance in
all areas of service delivery and from all members of the team.
*To embed the Common Assessment Framework in the team's practice and to ensure high quality
assessments are delivered within target timescales.
*To develop the role of Lead Professional and support and supervise team members in carrying
out this role.
*To lead regular work and service allocation meetings

Requirements of the social worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration
