Currently recruiting for a Team Manager, working within a large Contact Centre within Financial Services.

Must have previous Contact Centre experience for a large Financial services company

Experience of report writing, collating STATS, dealing with absence reports is essential

Hours:

Operation hours of 8am - 9pm, 35hours per week.

Mon - Fri with 1in 6-8 Saturdays

Permanent position with full benefits
