Seeking a Customer Service Team Manager
Full Time (40 hours) applicants to cover flexible working hours from Monday-Sunday between the hours of 7am-7pm.
* You must pass a Criminal Records and Credit check to be able to do this role.*
- Proven team management experience within a Call Centre environment
- Advanced understanding of financial processes in relation to banking
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to customer enquiries
- Great communication skills, being able to listen to customers concerns, their needs and record information accurately.
- Building excellent rapport with team
- Natural leader
- Work towards targets and goals at team and centre level
