Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:
- Ensuring that the people supported are at the heart of all decisions
- Ensuring support records are kept up to date and accurate
- Assisting the management team in providing direct supervision to support staff
- Promoting and supporting inclusion throughout the service
- You will be responsible for inspiring and leading a brilliant support team
Team Leader Requirements:
- You will ideally have a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- You’ll have previous experience in a supervisory role in the social care sector, ideally working with adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours which can challenge.
- You’ll be passionate about delivering the highest level of care.
- You’ll be looking to put in 110% and be keen to progress over the coming months and years.
- You’ll be highly organised.
- You’ll be a driver.
