Team Leader

Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm

Manage a team of operatives to deliver work safely and to production targets, job specifications, quality standard and in line with customer requirements and company processes and procedures.

Duties include -

Ensure all health and safety is effectively managed, reporting any environmental, health, safety and quality incidents are reported correctly

Manage imaging and data capture products from start to finish within your team, work is progressed to instructions and scanning. Delivered on time and within budgets and correct standards adhered.

Ensure tasks are given to team members correctly using Statements of works (SoWs)

Making recommendations for process change to improve efficiency

Encouraging team members

Effectively control and record staffing levels within the team and to work along side other team leaders

Must be familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, BS 10008 and ISO 22301 management systems, policies and procedures contained in the information.

Be key holder and be responsible for opening and closing up.

Good Communication skills

Numerate

Excellent knowledge of word, excel and powerpoint
