Team Leader - Care and Support - Part Time

Salary - £12 690 per annum

West Berkshire

15 hours per week - flexible days and hours

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader in our Care and Support department.

The main purpose of this role will be to take responsibility for the management of one of our services ensuring a high quality of support to all our customers and development and management support of our volunteer team.

Duties include:

·Monitoring and management of team caseloads

·Management of support team

·Monitoring and reporting on safeguarding issues

Desired Experience:

·Experience of working in support, housing for vulnerable people

·Understanding of commissioners requirements and expectations including inter-agency working

Experience in the field of Domestic Abuse is advantageous.
