We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership and managerial skills to take South Ayrshire Community Mental Health Team forward within an exciting and challenging change agenda.

You will be an experienced RMN or AHP who will be responsible for ensuring the best use of resources to deliver person centred safe and effective services; working with our partners in health social care and the third sector

You will have experience utillsing relevant improvement methodologies to review and enhance service provision. You will have previous experience of providing clinical leadership to a team and will promote a positive team environment which supports the learning and development of others e.g. nursing students professionals attached to the team multi-professional colleagues. You will be able to inspire others to deliver high quality professional care to individuals within the service.

The post is 37.5 hours per week and a car owner/driver is essential.
