Job Description

The biggest growth area for our client is within the Customer Operations department and with that growth comes the need for 2 new Team Leaders which is where you come in. This business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.

What the job is:

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing teams to deliver an excellent customer experience addressing the main reason for the call using all their skills and expertise in doing so. You will be a true leader who is able to engage with their teams in helping them to achieve their metrics and ensuring they understand the role they play in promoting the brand.

Qualifications

Is this the job for you?

You will be a Team Leader and have done a Team Management role for at least one year within a Contact Centre environment (extra points if you have experience working within an evolving operations environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Team Leader involves -if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.

  • Passionate about people development and coaching, proven experience in performance management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Able to competently articulate business goals, performance requirements and lead the implementation of change
  • Being a team player is essential.
  • A flexible approach and able to handle a fast paced environment.
