Your new role
Your new role requires you to monitor and maintain performance of a team of customer service advisors. You will be required to act upon issues concerning performance, time-keeping, absence and holidays promptly and appropriately including disciplinary. Responding to queries or complaints from suppliers is essential to this role. This will need to be done in line with the internal complaints procedure, maintain a complete and accurate file and submit reports as required in a timely fashion.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have recent and relevant experience in a leadership position.
You will also need to have the ability to motivate other to successfully hit targets and deadlines.
