Salary: Up to £26,000 DOE

From the Edinburgh office you will manage and support a team of customer service professional to deliver outstanding results

* Managing a team of customer service representatives
* Consistently achieving KPI's
* Taking initiative and championing a business's vision
* Strong communication skills
* Working through disciplinary processes when needed
