Performs management duties when CAM is absent or out of the office
Supporting CAM, provide input and assist with the implementation of any new initiatives
or changes to existing practices
Provides encouragement to team members and identifying areas for training and
Answers team member questions, helps with problems, and oversees work for quality and compliance
Communicates deadlines and goals to team members
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing
Generates and shares feedback to CAM about team performance and workloads
Conducts regular team member 121 meetings and provides feedback of outcomes to the Team
Assists with hiring processes and new team member inductions
Provide administration support for a bank of key clients as identified by the CAM and
Directors. This will include processing new and existing business as instructed by the
relevant Director, Financial Planner or Client Relationship Manager (CRM) and keeping the relevant individuals and/or client updated, as and when required.
Ensure the back-office systems and client records are maintained and accurate at all
Adhere to the company handbook at all times.
Adhere to compliance requirements and procedures as guided by Risk Management and
the Financial Conduct Authority regulator (FCA).
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:-
- Currently working as a Team Leader in a Wealth Planning Administration Team
- Ideally RO1 or willingness to study
- Preferably Team Leading in an IFA practice
