Cute Resource Solutions are excited to be working with a fantastic Technology business in North Bristol, who are currently looking for a Team Leader to join the business. This person will join the business to manage a team of Account Managers, as well as managing their own accounts and supporting with new business.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers - this will include coaching the team, conducting appraisals, holding team meetings, dealing with escalation calls from customers and analysing/monitoring the sales activity. Alongside your team leader duties, you will be responsible for account management and new business development. This will include being a point of contact for designated clients, regularly contacting clients, holding review meetings, following up new business leads, making new business appointments and negotiating prices.
