Acting as manager on duty, you'll ensure there's no drama by motivating your team to deliver every day, spotting any problems and making swift decisions. You'll be looking out for opportunities to coach your people so that you can smash your shift targets. And all the while you'll be supporting the management team by implementing new ideas and initiatives on the front line.
So alongside your natural leadership skills you'll have the commercial savvy to know how to drive sales through amazing customer service. And you'll be driving your career forward too.
