The Role of the Team Leader:
The successful Membership Retention Team Leader will deliver a professional sales service to our client’s members and prospective members, acting as a role model, managing, training and developing the team, ensuring all KPIs are delivered.
Coaching and supporting all team members
Deputising for the Retention Manager when necessary
Leading, communicating with and motivating the team appropriately and effectively
Growing the business in both established and new territories, maximising promotional offers
Previous Customer Service/Sales Team Leader experience essential
Call centre or similar experience of working in an operational environment
Excellent customer service experience
Strong people skills
Able to build rapport with individuals and companies
Able to work to KPI’s and meet targets
