Team Leader, Membership Retention

The Role of the Team Leader:

The successful Membership Retention Team Leader will deliver a professional sales service to our client’s members and prospective members, acting as a role model, managing, training and developing the team, ensuring all KPIs are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and supporting all team members

  • Deputising for the Retention Manager when necessary

  • Leading, communicating with and motivating the team appropriately and effectively

  • Growing the business in both established and new territories, maximising promotional offers

Skills Required:

  • Previous Customer Service/Sales Team Leader experience essential

  • Call centre or similar experience of working in an operational environment

  • Excellent customer service experience

  • Strong people skills

  • Able to build rapport with individuals and companies

  • Able to work to KPI’s and meet targets

  • Able to make decisions and take ownership
