Positive Support for You are passionate about providing high quality person centred support to adults with Learning Disabilities / Autism and other complex needs. We support people to build a life in their own home and their community. We ensure a person centred and bespoke service is provided to meet their needs. We are looking to recruit a Team Leader/ Manager for an established provision for service users in Teesside.
You will 'lead from the front’ offering direct support to service users. This will enable you to identify changing needs of individuals and ensure the staff team are working towards goals and outcomes.
As part of the leadership element of the role you will be involved in rota preperation, formal supervision of staff, completing audits and ensuring support plans and risk assessments are up to date.
You must have at least one year of social care experience and be qualified to at least Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Level 3 Health and Social Care and previous leadership experience is desirable.
A successful applicant may be eligible to progress to Level 5 diploma in Health and Social Care is possible as part of our dedication to personal development.
We also offer accredited in-house training for Positive Behavioural Support.
This post includes evening and weekend working. Sleep-in duties may also be required and an additional payment for this is made.
