Working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 08.00 to 17.00
On call - £100 per on call week, frequency currently 1 in 6. (Minimum of 4 hours)

My Client is one of the UK's Largest Facilities Management Companies, with over 100 years experience in Integrated Services. They are looking for a Team Leader to cover client sites across London and Thames Valley.

The Role

To ensure that the delivery of skilled aspects are performed in an effective, efficient and professional manner and to the complete satisfaction of all of our direct and indirect clients. To provide technical support to buildings and plant, planned maintenance and reactive repair service to client.

Area of responsibility is delivery of all Planned Maintenance activities (including statutory tasks) across the whole estate, service delivery at London static location (from Reactives to quoted work) and London static sites client engagement and customer satisfaction

Accountable for planning, scheduling, prioritising and assigning all Maintenance Work Orders to meet all SLA/ KPI's

Overseeing the day to day operation and management of the PPM delivery across the contract and ensure full statutory and operational compliance is achieved in line with contract KPI's

Provide supervision of London site based and mobile PPM operatives, to include effective hiring, training, development, reward & recognition, holiday, absence and performance management in accordance with HR policies

The Ideal Candidate
ite experience and familiarity, this would include the respective critical plant/ assets

High level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills

Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities

Ability to plan and organise

Good, all round knowledge of skilled discipline (i.e. Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or Fabric Engineering) - degree/ formal qualification would be desireable

Be commercially aware

Have good people management, decision-making and communications skills

Be resilient under pressure and be able to converse confidently with staff, suppliers and customers at all levels

Smart, presentable appearance

Personable and approachable

Able to plan, organise and delegate activities to his/her team

Able to work on own initiative
