Are you an experienced Team Leader/ Manager/ Supervisor from a Debt Recovery Litigation, Secured Services or Collections background with a strong understanding of the litigation process involved with debt collection?

Successful applicants will be required to undertake a CRB and Credit check and therfore a clear credit history together with no criminal record is required.

We now have an exciting position with our client who is an accredited and fully authorised specialist Debt Recovery Litigation law firm based in the vibrant city centre of Manchester.

The Role

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the daily activity and operational aspects of a team dealing with commercial recoveries and litigation and working to KPI's and SLA's. You must ensure that the team is meeting the required client SLA’s to comply with expectations and policies. You will provide a professional and informative primary point of contact for all customers, clients and third parties whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of resources including conducting 1:1s and appraisals, management of daily workloads, productivity and inboxes as well as achieving service level standards and optimising staff levels on a daily basis. The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of the secured litigation process and a minimum of 1- 2 years team leader experience from a law firm, contact centre or secured recoveries areas.

The role requires the individual to be knowledgeable in all aspects of debt recovery litigation, be an experienced leader of teams, and have a strong desire to grow and develop in the role.
