Offering a superior service for Young People with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties, a warm welcome awaits you at one of our well known CareTech services. Due to expansion at our picturesque home on the Hereford / Worcester border, we are seeking caring, compassionate and committed Team Leaders to provide the support that allows our amazing Young People to lead ordinary lives. Whilst the role of a Team Leader offers variety, superb progression opportunities and training, it takes a courageous and committed individual to really succeed at the role.
You will have previous experience of being a Support Worker within a children’s Residential setting, hold either an NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), along with a positive attitude, friendly persona and a caring nature. Our Young People have varied likes and interests, whether this be music, cooking, art or sports; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
