We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team on a full time permanent basis, working 35 hours per week. In return you’ll earn a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum.

Our commercial training activity has been delivering City & Guilds, ILM and CIH qualifications to external customers since 2012 and we are an approved apprenticeship provider for the new apprenticeships standards. Our customers currently include local authorities, higher education organisations and housing associations, and we have ambitious plans to extend into the private sector.
The Team Leader Role
In this varied and autonomous role, we are looking for a self-starter with experience in overseeing apprenticeships programmes to join our Training team as a Team Leader with responsibility for managing a small team of apprenticeship assessors and ensuring our learners receive the very best outcomes from their apprenticeship experience. For this role, you will be responsible for the operations of our training and education programmes delivered by YMCA Heart of England, ensure the delivery of all apprenticeship programmes and make sure all programmes are fully compliant.
The successful Team Leader will also be able to demonstrate experience in overseeing and maintaining our online learner tracking systems, delivering excellent learner progression and ensuring quality service delivery.
