Salary: Competitive based on experience
As a result of continued success and expansion, an industry leading global Quality Assurance and testing organisation require additional Team Leaders to join their team in Cambridgeshire. This position will suit applications from individuals with prior supervisory and project management experience within a cGMP laboratory.
Ensure suitable resources are available for all projects undertaken and advise the Laboratory Manager when additional resources are required
Be responsible individually for multiple analytical projects and perform problem solving analytical tasks as appropriate
Critically and efficiently evaluate data with regards to compliance within any system suitability requirements, GMP and other general analytical quality systems
Critically and efficiently review analytical project reports with regard to accurate interpretation of the data and compliance with the Analytical Project Plan
Discuss project progress with senior members and provide general supervision, advice and training as required across the team
Educated to degree level in Chemistry or other related scientific discipline (this may be over ruled if substantial relevant experience can be demonstrated)
Prior supervisory experience within a cGMP accredited laboratory
Prior experience running multiple projects to time and budget
Proven ability to obtain continuous improvement and innovation
Proven a to critically and efficiently evaluate data with regard to
compliance with any system suitability requirements, GMP and other general analytical quality systems.
