On behalf of our client we are delighted to be assisting our client with a Team Manager within their docucentre. This is a superb opportunity to progress your management skills and managing a small but experienced team of 4 people. Ensuring that deadlines are meet, the client requirements are achieved and rolling your sleeves up to cover for holidays or busy periods too. It’s essential you have managed previously (any industry is considered) but you will need to be IT literate.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage a team of 4 including 121’s, absence management and recruitment
- Ensure all deadlines are met and allocation of work
- Being part of the team and assisting with the work
- Reporting to the management team
- Training of staff both new and continued development
- Monitor compliance

For this role it’s essential you are a people person with experience of managing a team (this can be from any industry), it’s essential you have a can do an have the ability to assist the team daily to ensure tasks and deadlines are met with. In addition to this you will be very IT literate and have superb customer relations skills.

Standard working hours will be 9.00am – 5.30pm but with flexibility to arrive earlier and stay later when the job or business requires.
