A warm welcome awaits you in our specialist service providing supported accomodation for 16+ transitional young people. Based in Hatfield, we understand the need to support young people and prepare them through transition to independence and adult life. We pride ourselves on providing good quality support and guidance within a safe and secure environment.
Due to on-going development, we are seeking caring, committed and compassionate Team Leaders to join our aspirational 16+ Services team.
We are seeking candidates who come from a residential / supported living background within either a Support Worker or Team Leader role. We are looking for courageous and committed individuals who can communicate these attributes within a challenging yet rewarding environment. In return, we will provide you with superb training and progression opportunities, in tandem with good rates of pay and a benefits package. We have over 250 Services as far North as Inverness and as far South as Kent, and all areas in between. We are looking for enthusiastic, person-centred individuals who share the same passion for care as we do! You will also possess an NVQ Level 3 in Children's and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent, or working towards completion.
Each of our young people is an individual with their own life story, wishes and feelings; sometimes they need support and this is where you come in to help them live fulfilling and independent lives.
