Team Lead Process and System Support
People Services Centre
A results orientated Team Leader with experience of focusing on continuous improvement of processes you are ready to broaden your expertise in a business that will encourage your input, welcome your ideas and act on them. That business is AkzoNobel. We are opening a new People Services Centre in Poland to support our global business. We are now looking for a Team Lead to oversee People Services processes and HR Information Systems (HRIS) with the objective of standardising, streamlining and optimising processes and maintain and develop HRISs.
As Team Lead you will manage, supervise and coordinate the job functions and activities of the Process and System Support Team. This will involve maintaining a strong working relationship with business leaders and employees. You will develop, coach and motivate your team, monitor employee productivity, analyse key operating metrics and produce progress reports. We will also look to you to deliver an excellent customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
Job requirements/Candidate profile
You are a university graduate, you will be overseeing processes and systems, operating HR Information Systems and possess management experience. You must have good communication, problem solving and customer service skills as well as able to manage multiple stakeholders. Results driven you will also be the sort of person who is passionate about excellence and delivers on commitments. You must also have an excellent standard of English and ideally Dutch, French, German or Swedish language skills. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Lean/SixSigma Greenbelt certification would be an advantage.
