Team Executive Assistant (Abu Dhabi)

Our client is seeking a polished, highly organised and degree qualified PA to join their top investment group in Abu Dhabi. Our ideal candidate will be supporting a large team, so a flexible can-do attitude is key. You must have the ability to prioritise and cover a multitude of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

This assistant will provide general administrative support to a team. You will be responsible for diary management, arranging meetings and be the telephone point of contact. There is a large amount of complex travel arrangements that require coordination. There will be considerable flight booking and visa organisation also required. This candidate must be degree qualified and have experience in a large financial, or Government owned company. We are looking for a proactive candidate who has experience working in multinational companies. You will need to have at least 3 years’ experience in supporting high level Executives. You will be well educated, presentable and have outstanding communication skills. Experience working in private equity or fixed income would be advantageous. Experience working in compliance is also preferred.

This role is based in Abu Dhabi, so we are looking for someone who is based in Abu Dhabi or looking to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
