We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with a positive can do to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary software development team to coordinate the department activities and support the planning and process improvement agendas. The role will include a wide range of administrative tasks including

  • raising and reconciling purchase orders
  • coordinating security clearance for new starters and third parties
  • ordering hardware for new starters
  • system access requests
  • team diary management
  • travel coordination
  • generation of reports

Our ideal candidate will be technically savvy, demonstrating good MS Office and organisational planning skills and a solution orientated approach to tasks. This role is a permanent, full-time vacancy, and we are offering flexible working arrangements to suit individual needs.
