As part of this busy and challenging role your duties will include:
- Extensive diary management
- International travel arrangements
- Processing expenses via Concur
- Putting together reports and documents for meetings
- Coordinating meetings
- Assisting with submissions of bids and tenders
- All other project support to the team
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous secretarial/PA experience
