My client are looking for an outstanding candidate to become their Team Coordinator.
Based in Chelsea you will have an incredible opportunity to work towards a rewarding career in the prime central London lettings market. You will under go an extensive training programme both in an external learning environment as well as in house training. This is an interesting and varied role that will teach the candidate all aspects of the estate agency business.
The office specialises in the lettings, property management and selling of property in Chelsea as well as neighbouring areas such as Fulham, South Kensington & Earls Court. The Riverside portfolio consists of properties in around ten specific prime riverside developments, this is due to the close ties we have with some of London's leading developers.

Job Description

You will report to the Branch Manager and your position is pivotal to the success of the office.
You will be required to do the following:
·Assisting with tenancy documentation and references; to include progressing all letting files, working directly with negotiators.
·Maintaining & organising office systems and procedures.
·Supervise & monitor on and off line marketing.
·Anti Money Laundering Compliance.
·Handling incoming enquires and applicant qualification.
·Carry out occasional lettings / sales viewings when required.
·Organise professional photos, floorplans & property particulars.
·Marketing & advertising; preparing new properties for marketing for sales & lettings including writing descriptions.
·Arrange & assist with the design for flyers/leaflets for canvassing.
·Assist with supervising newsletters and marketing campaigns
·Google reviews - help with obtaining these from clients
·Magazine advertising when required
·Key Auditing -logging keys in & out and adding addition keys to system.
·Processing / approving office invoices.
·Ordering office stationary.
·Post - sorting & posting daily.

ARLA training provided as well as numerous other courses available. Good opportunity for career progression.
Working hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday per month 10-3pm.
21 Days holiday per annum to include your Birthday.
