Team Assistant required by a leading Global Investment Banking Client based in Canary Wharf for an initial 6 month contract. This is a great opprotunity to gain experience in a fast paced environment. Would suit an intern as position is over Summer.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen calls and take messages, distribute incoming mail and receive visitors from reception

Coordinate travel arrangements via corporate travel company, which may be complex e.g. organising visas

Collation and preparation of expense receipts and supporting documentation for Mumbai team processing

Handling confidential company information

Provide back-up telephone cover for senior banking teams

Assist and cover for other support staff when required

Photocopy and print materials

Monitor and ensure implementation of company policy

Diary management for senior associates and VP's

Assisting in setting up internal / external meetings and conference calls

Required Experience:

Good interpersonal and organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Ability to work under pressure

Role would suit those who have gained admin and / or secretarial qualifications at college and are keen to progress their career within a corporate environment
