You will working in a team of two other assistants and support a team of sales and trading staff - based on the trading floor. The trade floor environment will give you a fast paced and challenging role where you will have to constantly think on your feet and pre-empt situations.
Some of you main responsibilities will include;
- Expenses and processing invoices
- Travel and diary management
- Coordinating meetings
- Arranging conference calls
- Booking holidays and absence tracking
Due to the fast paced nature of the role previous demonstrable experience within a similar position is preferred.
