Are you a personable and confident Team Assistant/Desk Assistant looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience managing multiple diaries? If so we want to hear from you! Our well established and successful client based in the City is looking for a Team Assistant/Desk Assistant to join the business on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities for the Team Assistant include;

  • Full diary management for the team
  • Attending Client meetings
  • Liaising with Clients and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Inbox management and responding to enquiries
  • Travel booking and preparation of itineraries
  • Processing expenses and keeping track of holiday entitlements
  • Other administrative tasks
  • Assisting with all ad hoc duties

Qualifications for the Team Assistant include;

  • Previous Team Assistant experience within financial services is desirable
  • Fully competent in Microsoft word including; Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Confident and articulate
  • Flexible and adaptable work ethic
