We have a rewarding 6 month Team Assistant contract opportunity providing support at Director level for a strong communicator with exceptional planning talents. You will have experience managing complex, ever-changing diaries and arranging extensive travel across multiple time zones. This is a newly created position with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent opportunity at the end of six months.

This SW1 based privately owned investment company has gorgeous Westminster based offices. The culture within this company is collaborative and each member of staff is valued and rewarded well.

You will enjoy a full and varied role providing diary management support; organising meetings; managing emails; arranging complex travel; answering calls; expense management; producing presentations; ordering stationery; event management; report generating and general administrative support.

Hours: 9.30 - 6pm, Monday to Friday. You must be happy to provide Reception cover from 4.30pm to 6pm daily.

What's on offer:

*Salary £35,000 - £40,000 pro rata
*6 month contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent

Candidate profile for this Team Assistant position include:

*Strong academic background, ideally degree or equivalent
*Previous secretarial / PA / administrative experience at a senior level
*Professional services experience, ideally financial services
*Proven experience supporting a challenging team
*Excellent MS Office skills
*Exceptional communication, both spoken and written
*The ability to remain calm under pressure
*Flexible, robust, hard working character
*Ability to work in a challenging and fast paced environment
*Meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities within this Team Assistant position include:

*Extensive diary management
*Arranging complex travel and itineraries
*Editing, formatting, binding, scanning, photocopying documents
*Producing presentations
*Managing internal and external client relationships
*Dealing with expenses
*Co-ordinating events
*Acting as a main point of contact for incoming calls and acting as gatekeeper
*Handling queries
*Daily reception cover
