A client within the financial arena are looking for a Team Assistant to support there busy, dynamic sales team. Ideally you will have worked within a faced paced environment such as recruitment, technology or banking and will have 6 months experience at supporting a team.
- To provide support for the preperation of reports, documents, presentations and information as requested by Dealing, Sales and Partnership Directors
- To assist with maintaining effective desk coverage for all Dealing, Sales and Partnership teams
- To provide administrative support for Performance Management across Dealing, Sales and Partnership teams
- Diary management for the Dealing, Sales and Partnerships Directors
- Booking & coordinating team events including breakfasts, lunch and dinners
- To provide financial administrative support including managing Sales, Dealing and Partnership Directors expenses within Concur and updating budgets sheets for Finance to maintain departmental spending
- To manage the Dealing, Sales and Partnerships annual leave requests within the internal company HR system
