Our client, a major global food manufacturer, are seeking a skilled, experienced executive assistant to support their Acquisitions and New Build Construction Teams, providing secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department’s functions.
You will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and maintain a high standard of communication with major stakeholders throughout the company. You will liaise closely with the Finance, Franchising, Property and Operations teams as well as the company’s external Consultants, Agents and Suppliers. You will be a good team player, able to prioritise your workload, but also flexibly change this prioritisation based on business needs.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the distribution and administration of the team’s monthly schedules, meetings and presentations; maintaining internal control procedures and databases; effectively screening telephone calls and emails; organising site visits and assisting in the signing-off procedures for new sites.
You will be joining a tight-knit, friendly team at a major international corporation. This role would suit an individual with some experience in a similar role, ideally supporting a team of busy professionals rather than only one or two senior managers.
