Your new role
Looking to take on a Team Assistant / Operations Manager to help organise and put systems into place.
- Checking itineraries (spelling, presentation, accuracy)
- Preparing reports (weekly, monthly)
- Implementing systems to make business efficient
- PA duties to founder as of when necessary
- Data analysis
- Arrange conference calls with team (8 people)
Hours of work: 9:00 - 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
Salary + bonuses
Temp to perm role, paid weekly on a time sheet 4-8 weeks during probation.
Pay £14.00 - £18.00 per hour depending on experience
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Analytical and accurate.
Must have good attention to detail.
Flexible with working hours (checking emails out of working hours, taking into account time difference of scheduled itineraries)
Good MS office skills.
Confident and professional, with good sense of humour.
Reliable and accountable.
