This meaty and challenging role is responsible for supporting the fast-paced Media Planning department as well as providing proficient front of house support as required. Specifically, you will provide administrative support to 3 Partners and 2 board level directors in terms of diary and email management, document and presentation production, travel arrangements, entertainment coordination, expenses and timesheets alongside some ad hoc support. You will create and format client documents and pitches and help with client liaison and project research.
You are a polished and well-spoken graduate level administrator (1years+ experience) with ideally exposure to prestigious Corporate Media Organisations. You’ll have excellent IT skills and be highly efficient by nature. You'll be able to prioritise projects and workload with minimal supervision and be able to deliver to a consistently high standard regardless of pressure. You'll be comfortable working in a large international organisation and a partnership environment with experience of professional of financial services preferable. You'll be quick to learn, quick to remember and capable of producing outstanding quality work every time. Furthermore, you will be highly numerate and capable on Excel, a confident and assertive team player with a genuine passion for media and a burning desire to succeed.
