This small, friendly Asset Management company is currently looking to bring on board a Team Assistant to support 3 Fund Managers and an Analyst in their European team. This is a great and varied role, duties will include; assisting the EA with administration/documentation, including travel arrangements/itineraries, spreadsheet and company map databases. Putting together research packs for fund managers containing information such as company reports, broker notes & press releases, maintenance of research pack library, circulating broker invitations and liaising with brokers, arranging meetings / diary management, office filing, general reception duties such as answer the office phones, meet & greet external visitors, manage meeting rooms, order stationery and assist with ad hoc requests from the CEO.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of diary management / travel arrangements, will be well presented with an excellent telephone manner, be organised with good attention to detail , proactive, flexible and friendly with a sense of humour and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
