An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an exciting leading accountancy firm as a Team Assistant in the Centre of London. The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Partners and accountants.


  • Draft/format correspondence/documents, following up where necessary
  • Send, receive and edit dictation/correspondence from outsourced provider
  • Printing and distributing monthly debtors statements
  • Meeting, greeting & liaising with clients
  • Working as part of a support team, offering help when needed; providing cover as necessary


  • High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Strong organisation & communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and use initiative
  • Strong IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate)
  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant in professional services
