Charity Talent are recruiting for a Team Administrator working for an Arts Charity based in South West London. This is to start asap for 4 months, with a possible extension.

As the Team Administrator you will provide effective and efficient support to the team. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating all information systems, handling initial telephone enquiries, postal duties, photocopying and overseeing the database. You will make arrangements for meetings within the office including booking and preparing meeting rooms, and organising refreshments, taking notes, and setting up IT equipment as required.

As the Team Administrator you will assist in the preparation and compilation of reports and statistics. You will assist in the delivery of the team's communications plan including work on Twitter and other social media as required.


Administrative skills

Ability to manage a diverse workload including meeting deadlines, prioritising and reprioritising work

Good communication skills

Use of social media platforms
