ORP are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator for a well-known company based in Orpington this role would suit someone who is lively and dynamic. You must be available to start immediately.

37.5 hours | Up to £25k

Duties:

  • Manage incoming telephone calls
  • Diary Management
  • Prepare paperwork for meetings
  • Keep spreadsheets up to date, ensure all data is entered accurately
  • Process, circulate and respond to incoming email and all other enquiries
  • Drafting of correspondence
  • Manage filing system and archiving
  • Distributing post / sorting outgoing mail
  • Daily use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
