Secom as part of expansion are seeking a Team Administrator to join our busy team in our Hainault office, to start asap this is a happy and vibrant team that requires another team memner to join them and become a Senior Administrator within the team.
We would require good working /organisation experience, to work with Engineers and coordinate their work and diaries, administration duties and general office management a very varied and exciting post !
- Arranging and booking Hotels and travel, flights etc.
- Handling calls and queries for customers and colleagues
- diary management
- Updating & maintaining staff holidays and sickness records
- Excel - Creating and updating
- Coordination and ordering of uniforms for Engineers.
We seek candidates with strong administration skills, ideally excell and MS Word, Excel and strong team working /organisation experience, to work with Engineers and coordinate their work and diaries, administration duties and general office management.
