Our client is looking for someone to provide administrative, project and team support within the day to day execution of projects.


Due to the nature of the project and the role required, the list below is not exhaustive and will change and adapt based on the phase of the project:

Manage and Run the Project Tools as needed:

  • Document Management
  • SharePoint Administration
  • Maintain RASI Model

Programme Communication:

  • Manage and Maintain distribution lists
  • Send programme updates
  • Manage and maintain programme communication governance

Support, administer and run programme systems as needed:

  • Change Control/ CCB
  • CAPA

Other duties:

  • Support the PMO as needed with the Travel booking, administration and scheduling for the team
  • Assist with the creation and update of project plans
  • Updates Organisational chart for HR and programme team
  • Updates Programme Policies and information in line with policies and Programme Leadership Team Policies
  • Provides support to Programme Management as necessary
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as and when needed, depending on project


  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Previous project PMO experience would be desirable.


  • Familiar with program management environment
  • Familiar with fast paced environment


  • Previous experience of working in a demanding administrative role


  • The role is UK based with the possibility of very occasional travel within Europe
