Team Administrator

Exciting opportunity within a fantastic company based in the North/ West London area. The role will require you to assist with all round office/ general administration- however there is a great deal of opportunity for progression within the business for an individual who demonstrates are strong work ethic and initiative.

You will work an experienced team with general office administration including support with the following:

• Receiving external and internal phone calls

• Copying, Faxing and emailing

• Recording jobs onto the data base, updating entries using a custom built software system

• Attaching documents to Outlook diaries

• Production of paperwork/ documents from the Software System

• Booking Air freight and Sea freight consignments to overseas destinations

• Administrative support towards sales Invoicing and supporting documentation

• General use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point

The ideal candidate will:

• Be educated to at least A-Level standard

• Have at least 1 years’ office experience

• Be confident liaising with customers over the phone

• Happy to work in a busy, demanding and fast paced environment

• Be keen to progress

In return you will be offered 20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
