Main duties include:
- Administration for all invoices
- Inputting documents onto system
- Updating of the system
- Create new suppliers on the system
- Correspondence both email and letter
- Any other ad hoc administration duties
- Liaise with clients and customers
The successful candidate will have:
- A good administration background
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Good communication skills
- A hardworking attitude
- Be a good organiser and prioritise workload
